Returns and Refund Policy 

You may return books for a replacement within 10 days of delivery. It should be unworn, undamaged and it should be without stains. 

You should return the books and accessories or freebees with our original packaging material. 

Pack the book with our original package. Put another cover to our package and send it through Professional Courier Service.

On receiving your parcel, we will check it for the following conditions.

Correct Product                   / image / serial number / bar code should match and clearly visible.

Complete Product                All in-the-box accessories,  freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product                     The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product             The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging         Products original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

We may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

 For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

 Refund amount will be credited in customers login account. Customer can purchase any other books for the amount.

 If a customer wants the amount to be credited in his/her bank account, then he/she should give his request online by giving the bank details. The amount will be credited in the customer bank account within 15 days..
